Bio: Eileen B. Gadsden is an accomplished entrepreneurial professional with over 15 years of success in the education, hospitality, and financial services industries. Currently Eileen is the Managing Principal of E-Region Enterprises, a strategic branding company, located in Center City Philadelphia. E-Region’s value proposition is to create results-driven strategies to increase our clients brand and revenue (PIE Strategies). Eileen has traveled nationally helping hundreds of individuals create business entities by utilizing retirement savings “tax-free and penalty- free” as a funding solution. Eileen currently serves on multiple municipal, educational and corporate IT advisory boards. Her initiative for 2018 is to help 100 women start successful business. Eileen has received multiple awards for her leadership as President of BDPA Greater. In 2013, she was featured on CBS3 Philly’s Brotherly Love and subsequently honored by the NAACP Philadelphia Chapter as their 104 Most Influential Women. Eileen is a native of Philadelphia. She is honorably discharged US Army veteran who holds an MBA in New Ventures and Entrepreneurism from Penn State University and a B.S. in Business Management from St. Joseph’s University.
